Yoga – Restore Rest Renew
This nurturing course combines the slow, mindful movement of Gentle Yoga with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore balance in both body and mind. Throughout each session, participants slow down, breathe deeply, and move freely without pressure, judgement, or comparison.
First, Gentle Yoga links breath with movement through slow flows, supported stretches, and longer-held postures that improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and strength. Participants tune inward, develop greater body awareness, and build strength in a safe and supportive way. In addition, classes include pranayama (breathwork) and restorative practices that encourage stillness, calm, and ease.
Then, the second half of the session introduces Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” a guided meditation practice that encourages deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra welcomes everyone and requires no previous yoga or meditation experience. Through gentle guidance, participants enter a restful state between waking and sleeping, allowing the body to deeply relax while the mind resets and restores.
