CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND
If you have registered for a course, workshop or event and you want to cancel or withdraw, please let us know a minimum of 7 days in advance otherwise no refund or transfer will apply. An administration fee will be charged ($15 per booking or $10 per booking if the fee was less than $60).
There is NO refund or transfer if you withdraw less than 7 days before a course, workshop or event starts.
If the tutor and/or manager agree, you may gift your place in the course you can’t attend to a friend at no charge.
UXBRIDGE reserves the right to make changes to classes and events.
We will give a full refund if the course / event / workshop is already full when you enroll or if it is cancelled. A minimum number of class participants is required for a class or event to go ahead.
WHAT INFORMATION UXBRIDGE COLLECTS AND WHY
We collect information from you when you visit our site; register for a class; event; or exhibition; purchase goods or services from us; or when you fill out an enquiry form or send us an email from the website.
On your specific request, we will also add you to the UXBRIDGE database so we can regularly update you with UXBRIDGE, its products, and offerings. (We send this information through Mailchimp. You may unsubscribe at any time through Mailchimp. If you wish us to completely remove you from the UXBRIDGE database then it is helpful if you contact us directly although we do endeavour to pick up these notifications through Mailchimp and will then contact you to establish whether you want to also be removed from the UXBRIDGE database).
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process transactions
- To help us to better respond to your individual needs
- To enable us to track visitors to our website and generally improve our customer service
- To undertake surveys, competitions or email you information on special promotions
YOUR CREDIT CARD
We will collect your credit card information only when you are making a transaction with us. We do not store this information. Instead we use a third party specialist provider to process your transaction.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY
We use security measures to protect your personal information. We do not share your information with any third party, use it, or allow it to be used for anything other than to provide you with information on UXBRIDGE and any transactions for goods and services which you choose to make with us.
Occasionally we like to take photographs for future publicity purposes. If you object to us using these photographs then please advise us immediately.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS POLICY
No classes or workshops are held on public holidays.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Please remember that you are responsible for your own health and safety and you should report any health and safety concerns to a member of staff. You should also advise us of any health concern or medical condition which may require special consideration. Note that we do have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on site at the Uxbridge Theatre.
