Relax, we can confirm that everyone can do yoga. If you’ve never tried it before then it can be intimidating especially if you’ve been scoping the jaw-dropping, super bendy, pretzel-like poses your girlfriend practices each morning. Fear not, we won’t be launching into these poses anytime soon unless you want to, and you are capable of course. It’s the most basic postures, not the fancy positions that will provide you with the foundations of flexibility and strength men and women need.
