“Living life mindfully” is something Jacqui promotes to all her students. Jacqui holds a diploma in yoga from the Wellpark College and has also completed training in YIN-YOGA.

Jacqui incorporates unique holistic expertise with modern yoga practices alongside traditional values to create a classroom environment that is open and welcoming for everyone.

Yin yoga works with deeper levels of body/mind/heart working with the connective tissues of ligaments, fascia, joints and bones so making it an ideal style of yoga for athletes and those wanting to gain stretch and flex.
