Yoga for Men and Women course in Auckland

Join us in the Yoga for men and women sessions, everyone welcome!

Relax, we can confirm that everyone can do yoga. If you’ve never tried Yoga before then it can be intimidating especially if you’ve been scoping the jaw-dropping, super bendy, pretzel-like poses some people practise. Fear not, we won’t be launching into these anytime soon unless you want to, and you are capable of course. It’s the most basic postures, not the fancy positions that will provide you with the foundations of flexibility and strength men and women need.

Do you enjoy playing golf, tennis, bowls, squash or any other activities that require agility and flexibility? Are you strong but not necessarily bendy? Join this Yoga Mainly Men (women welcome) course and let Jacqui Pounder show you some great techniques to stretch out and help you stay injury-free.

There are many variations of yoga and we’ve designed this course to cater for women and to encourage men to practice more regularly. It is important to find the right style and one that will help ensure you keep up with your practice. Men, we think this one will!

Yoga is perfect for men and women, whether you are a beginner or more advanced or whether you are bendy or not. You will work at your own level in this course. This course will help you improve your flexibility, athletic capacity, strength, and mental clarity.
