This Pilates – Over 60s course  will help you live an active life. With an older body you need energy and flexibility while avoiding the risk injury.

Pilates is a great way for seniors to start exercising. It is safe and low impact; it makes backs stronger and strengthens muscles whilst protecting joints. It is also ideal for first-time exercisers and those getting into Pilates for the first time. Its slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer-term results. It is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems.
