Ruby Lokhandwala

Ruby Lokhandwala believes in “Living Life simply, holistically and fully.”

She promotes the concept of looking after our own health and well-being and finding real meaning and purpose in life through all her teachings.

Having done her postgraduate in international business management, she had worked with some of the largest multinationals in New Zealand, U.K and India.

Its only when she finished her teacher’s training course in Hatha yoga, she discovered her real passion in life. Passion of service and helping others look after themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally through what she has learned through these traditions.

She now teaches Pilates and yoga with breathing and mindfulness at the core of her sessions at different places around East Auckland. She is also conducting workshops and yoga retreats few times a year. Thank you and Namaste
