Cheese enthusiasts, rejoice! Learn the art of cheese-making in just two hours with Oak and Thistle’s Julie Craig. This cheesemaking masterclass session is perfect for those who want to incorporate homemade cheese into their kitchen routines, enjoy fresh and healthy products, and save money.

Julie will guide you through the process of making a variety of fresh cheeses, including Feta, Ricotta, Mascarpone, and more. These cheeses are not only versatile ingredients in various recipes, but also delicious on their own. And the best part? You only need a small amount of time to create them in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Not only will you get to indulge in your very own homemade cheese, but you’ll also know exactly where all of the ingredients came from. Plus, making your own cheese is an incredibly rewarding pastime that will help you take control of your diet and impress your friends and family.

While these fresh cheeses require minimal effort and time, it’s important to learn the key techniques that make all the difference in achieving success. Join us and let Julie demonstrate how to take your cheese-making skills to the next level. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your kitchen and taste buds with fresh, homemade cheese.

In no time after attending this session, you will be whipping up delicious desserts and beautiful dishes with your new found culinary repertoire!

ABOUT OUR CHEESEMAKING MASTERCLASS:
