Pilates – Over 60s is a great way for seniors to start exercising. It is safe and low impact; it makes backs stronger and strengthens muscles whilst protecting joints. It is also ideal for first-time exercisers and those getting into Pilates for the first time. Its slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer-term results. It is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems.

The Pilates – Over 60s class will be enjoyable for beginners as well as people who have previously exercised. This is the ideal class for people who want to work within any constraints their body may present. If you are easing into exercise then this will be the perfect class to start.
