This Pilates 60+ course  will help you live an active life. With an older body you need energy and flexibility while avoiding the risk injury. Let Lauren help with that.

Pilates is a great way for seniors to start exercising. It is safe and low impact; it makes backs stronger and strengthens muscles whilst protecting joints. It is also ideal for first-time exercisers and those getting into Pilates for the first time. Its slow, controlled approach means that it gives much longer-term results. It is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems.

We urge you all to bend and stretch and try to stay as flexible as you can as you move into your senior years. The benefits are incredible, join up now!

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?

This class will be enjoyable for beginners as well as people who have previously exercised. This is the ideal class for people who want to work within any constraints their body may present. If you are easing into exercise then this will be the perfect class to start.
