Zumba Gold Toning is a low‑impact, dance‑based workout designed especially for active older adults, combining Zumba Gold choreography with light resistance training using toning sticks or small hand weights. It’s slower-paced than standard Zumba but still upbeat, fun, and excellent for strength, balance, and mobility.

  • Light weights: Zumba Toning Sticks (500gram to 1kg)
  • Supportive shoes that allow pivoting (avoid grippy soles)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing
