Pour and Explore: Fluid Art workshops are where you will learn the fascinating process of fluid art with the talented Auckland-based artist, Amrit Kaur.
In this workshop, immerse yourself in the therapeutic embrace of swirling colors and let and worries of the day melt away. It’s like watching paint dance on a canvas accept the canvas for this workshop is a gorgeous vase!
This workshop is more than an art session; it’s a haven to be creative where there are no expectations. Under Amrit’s expert guidance, you’ll explore the fundamentals of colour theory and master pouring techniques to craft your very own fluid abstract masterpiece in the form of a useable decor item. She’ll give you lots of help so you can break free from the pressure of what you think you should and must do.
No prior experience is necessary; Amrit will lead you through each step of the process, ensuring you feel confident with your choices and application. Join on your own or bring along a friend, family member, or colleague to share this guaranteed fun experience
When your artworks are complete, you will be asked to leave them overnight in the studio so that it is partially dry for its journey to your space.
