We are offering Fitness classes for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners.
Our studios are roomy and well ventilated and our tutors experienced and friendly.

In our Yoga category we offer: gentle yoga, yin yoga and Iyengar Yoga. Yoga for men is also part of the programme although there is a majority of men, women are also allowed to register.
We do have different tutors teaching yoga, your ideal instructor might just be part of our team. Come give yoga a go!

On the programme, you will also find Pilates and Pilates for +60 to accommodate our more senior Pilates enthusiasts, with tailored routines and gentler movements.
