Hi friends, my name is Lauren. I am a mum of three gorgeous little humans. My passion & purpose is to share the joy of movement. I grew up in my mum’s ballet studio which has been my foundation for all that I do.

I have created a Method called The F.I.T Method. This is a fusion of functional training & intuitive healing. I believe mental clarity brings physical strength. I will teach you the three stages of The F.I.T Method that will leave you feeling physically strong from the inside out ad well as sustainable energy from short daily routines that create healthy habits for busy lives, together with unshakable self belief.
