YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Watercolour paper – Plenty to practise with and to complete one finished painting. We recommend buying 100% cotton cold pressed 300gsm or 425gsm
- Watercolour paints in a range of colours
- Watercolour brushes – at least one large mop brush, a medium round brush and a fine round brush for details. (A fan brush is also useful, but not essential)
- Masking tape (to tape your paper down)
- Art board (to tape your paper to. This can be gator board, mdf, even a cutting matt).
- Masking fluid
- Drawing pencil and eraser
- Tissues
- A watercolour palette for mixing colours

Elise De Silva is a local artist, specialising in watercolours and landscapes. She loves plein-air painting and loves capturing beautiful sceneries.
