Juliet Slogrove


Juliet has been practicing yoga for 40 years, and teaching for 3.
Her mission is to help others re-establish a wholeness in their daily lives, through Yoga being the best they can be, physically, emotionally, mindfully and energetically.
Her goal is to develop community Yoga programmes and teach older practitioners. Juliet teaches Gentle Yoga at Uxbridge, at Marina Fitness and Revitalize Gym, at Peninsula Yoga as well as at retirement communities and Auckland Woman’s Prison. In summer she runs a Beach Yoga programme on Eastern Beach.
Juliet is a NZ Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered teacher.
