The Glow Show’s magical glow-in-the-dark characters are getting ready to celebrate with you at 40 theatres around Aotearoa, alongside the first-ever nationwide Matariki holiday! Shorter shows of 30 minutes are designed for 0-5yo. MATARIKI GLOW SHOW 2022 relates to our whakatauki at Matariki, with a strong theme of togetherness! Little Green Man Productions is thrilled to present MATARIKI GLOW SHOW in a theatre near you.
The GLOW SHOW team is back with WONDERLAND GLOW SHOW, a ‘kiwified’ interpretation of the classic ‘Alice in Wonderland’ tale for tamariki, educators, and whanau! Let your imagination soar as you are transported by the magic of giant scale glow-in-the-dark puppetry.
The mega edu-taining WONDERLAND GLOW SHOW promotes literacy and Te Reo Māori, celebrates the exquisite art of ultraviolet puppetry, and demonstrates “Being your most creative self! Hei tino auaha koe!” WONDERLAND GLOW SHOW is an upbeat, captivating show that dives headlong into a weird and wonderful world of dancing flamingos, shuffling cards, an 8 metre caterpillar, and giant flowers. Uxbridge Theatre comes to life for kids and families with a Matariki afternoon of music and art-making, celebrating the brand new starry album for children, Little Wild Universe. Written by award-winning Howick songwriter and mum, Claudia Robin Gunn, she will also be joined by special guests to be announced!
What’s the perfect recipe for unforgettable story nights? Leave to sleep gently till morning. (Milk and cookies are on us!)
