Siobhan van Heerden-Liew is an Auckland-based Artist, teacher and mother. She graduated from Elam School of Fine Arts with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma the following year. After taking a year off, Siobhan completed a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching through the University of Auckland and finished first in her Art teaching course.
Through university, Siobhan worked mainly in photography and mixed media illustration, and is currently building her own design and illustration business. Siobhan’s passion for teaching stemmed from her passion for the subject of Art.
She believes firmly that one’s education never stops – there is always more to learn!
