Yoga has been a transformative part of my life. I first turned to yoga when my three children were young and life was wonderfully chaotic. Yoga became my source of balance. What began as a weekly escape quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
In 2010, I embarked on my yoga teacher training journey and was soon invited to begin teaching and I’ve never looked back.
Through my classes, I aim to share the calm, strength, and joy that yoga can bring. I create a welcoming space for everyone to explore its many benefits. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or deepening your practice, I’d love to guide you on your journey toward greater well-being.
