This gently yoga course is suitable for older practitioners, those recovering from an injury or who have not practiced recently, beginners or anyone who just wants to practice in their own time without feeling judgement or comparison. We’ll take it nice and slow using strong breath as the foundation while improving our strength and flexibility. Everyone can do Yoga!

Things to bring

Equipment ListPlease bring a yoga mat to each session. These can be easily obtained from Kmart, Warehouse etc. Please wear comfortable clothes for movement and bring a water bottle.
