Learn how to make these perfect floating pillows of Italian deliciousness dripping with tasty sauce. You’ll make them from scratch the traditional way and then eat and critique in class. Then Andrea will make the ‘perfect’ egg pasta dough and demonstrate some of the more unusual shapes such as Gemelli, Casarecce, Cavatelli or if you’ve never had the Italian homemade macaroni then you are in for a treat. You ‘ll make and fill your own container of shaped fresh pasta to take home and cook.
