This gently yoga course is suitable for older practitioners, those recovering from an injury or who have not practiced recently, beginners or anyone who just wants to practice in their own time without feeling judgement or comparison. We'll take it nice and slow using strong breath as the foundation while improving our strength and flexibility. Everyone can do Yoga!
