For this reason\, Judy encourages you to take each Asana only as far as it feels right for your body. \nAs you begin\, warming up and moving with awareness\, your muscles gradually loosen\, and your flexibility naturally increases. However\, if you go too deep into a pose\, that’s okay – simply ease out\, take a breath\, and return to your safe edge. \nAt the same time\, keep listening to your body and stay curious about how it responds. After all\, acceptance and awareness go hand in hand in this practice. \nIn truth\, we all bring something different to the mat – maybe a past injury\, tight scar tissue\, or a body shape that affects movement.
