Yoga Nidra a deeply relaxing guided meditation often called yogic sleep. A calming practice that helps you enter a restful state between waking and sleeping, allowing your body and mind to fully relax and restore. Attendees need to bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.

NO BOOKINGS required but limited spaces, come early to ensure a spot.
