Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Reset – A Guided Meditation for All
Looking for a way to truly unwind, reduce stress, and reset your energy? Join us for Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” This calming practice helps you enter a restful state between waking and sleeping, allowing your body and mind to fully relax and restore.
Unlike other yoga styles, Yoga Nidra is completely passive – practiced lying down (or seated, if more comfortable). No experience with yoga or meditation is required. It’s perfect for anyone feeling mentally overwhelmed, physically exhausted, or emotionally drained. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, poor sleep, chronic pain, trauma, or just need a break, this session offers space to breathe, rest, and reconnect.
Over time, regular practice can promote better sleep, ease emotional tension, and support healing from past experiences. It gently guides you to a state of inner calm, where clarity and peace naturally arise.
