Yoga for Tweens & Teens

For growing bodies and minds, an energising and calming class for ages 10 to 15.

Help your child build strength, confidence, and calm with our Yoga for Tweens and Teens course. This is a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate yoga experience designed specifically for all growing minds and bodies.

This unique program is created for kids ages 10 to 15, blending movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help students feel more grounded, focused, and empowered – both on and off the mat. Your tween may want to try something new or perhaps they already love to move with their sport or dance and need a bit more stretch to help with that.

Through carefully guided yoga sequences, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices, tweens and teens will:

  • Improve posture, strength, and flexibility
  • Develop focus and emotional resilience
  • Learn tools for managing stress and anxiety
  • Boost self-confidence and body awareness
  • Enjoy movement in a judgement-free, supportive space

Taught by Erin, our qualified youth yoga instructor, each session balances structure with creativity, making the practice fun and accessible for all fitness levels. No experience or special equipment needed just a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.

In a world filled with screens, school pressures, and social challenges, yoga offers tweens and teens the tools to pause, connect, and thrive.
Give your child the gift of strength, calm and self-awareness. Sign them up today for the Yoga for Tweens and Teens course!
