WATERCOLOUR SEA BIRDS – Splash into the World of Coastal Birds – One Brushstroke at a Time!
Love the seaside? Fascinated by feathered friends? Join us for a fun day of painting in our Watercolour Sea Birds workshop – a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you get to dive into the wonderful world of watercolours and coastal birdlife.
With friendly guidance from local experienced artist Elise De Silva, you’ll learn how to bring seabirds to life on paper – from graceful gulls to cheeky terns and elegant herons. Elise will show you how to use watercolour techniques like wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, colour blending, layering, and brush control – all while capturing the feathers and personalities of your favourite coastal birds.
This light-hearted, hands-on workshop is perfect for:

🎨 Curious beginners with no painting experience
🌊 Anyone wanting a taste of Elise’s term-time class, Watercolour Techniques
Bring your enthusiasm and the list of materials and you’ll leave with your very own flock of painted seabirds AND the confidence to keep painting at home.
