Succulent Sculptures Paper Mâché workshop
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get messy in this hands-on Succulent Sculptures Papier-Mâché adventure! Designed as a fun two-part workshop where kids will get a taste of sculpture. They will create their very own collection of quirky, colourful succulents with NO water required!
Young creators aged 8+ will be guided step-by-step by our experienced and motivational tutor Maree. Kids will design and construct two to three unique cactus shapes, learning the basics of form-building using simple armature and papier-mâché techniques.
Once their sculptures have dried from the creating, it will be time to make them pop with personality in the second session! Kids will use vibrant paints and fun finishing techniques to decorate their snazzy succulents, creating eye-catching pieces that are perfect for display at home or gifting to someone special.
The Succulent Sculptures Paper Mâché workshop has two parts:
Session One: Monday 7 July 9am – 12pm Children make and create
Session Two: Friday 11 July 9am – 11am Children paint and finish
