We’ll also look at a holistic wellbeing model that can help you support not only your physical and emotional health, but also your family’s sense of connection, identity, and balance. As part of the experience, you’ll try out some gentle creative arts tools—no artistic skill needed—designed to help you express, reflect, and bond with your children in meaningful ways.
