You’ll learn about the traditional methods used to make these cheeses\, as well as the latest techniques and trends in artisanal cheesemaking. \nIn just two hours\, Julie will show you how making your own cheese can change the way you cook and eat. Homemade cheese tastes amazing\, uses simple ingredients you can trust\, and doesn’t take much time at all. You’ll learn all the basics including heating\, curdling\, stretching\, and shaping cheese so you can feel confident making it yourself. In more recent times\, creatives\, including Portia have reshaped and modernised the items that can be made the squares. Realising through clever design that contemporary items can be made easily using different colour combinations in the granny squares. Don’t forget to check out our pinterest board for inspiration. \nCrochet is something beginners can learn quickly.
