KetoChef is run by a duo of self-proclaimed “keto-preneurs”, delivering pre-made KETO meals across NZ’s North Island.

After experiencing the benefits of following the Ketogenic lifestyle for themselves, Rachna and Amrita started thinking about all the people who simply do not have the time, energy, or the sheer patience to make it work for themselves, even if they tried their hardest. Giving up successful careers in IT, hospitality, and tech recruitment, Rachna and Amrita jumped headlong into giving KetoChef their full time, attention, passion, and mana.

With their new café outlet Keto&More Café, they bring just that little bit of relief from researching, cooking, chopping, cleaning up… and doing it all by yourself. Pickup ready to eat meals from the freezer!

Besides Keto, the meals are suitable for people on a variety of dietary restrictions – low-carb, diabetic-friendly, vegetarian, gluten-free and sugar-free.

KetoChef has taken inspiration from international cuisines to bring flavourful, authentic dishes to you. Try the Thai curry or Butter Chicken, Danish Meatballs or Mediterranean Pizza… Every meal is prepared with authentic and high-quality ingredients, good fats like butter, ghee, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts & seeds, seasonal NZ produce, and unprocessed foods that pack nutrition into every bite. This has taken a lot of research, experience, and experimentation to get right, without compromising on taste.
