Pilates hits your core, improves flexibility, increases muscle strength and tones abs, lower back, hips and bottoms. Beat pain by getting stronger! Rehabilitate and rejuvenate your body. (No experience required/exercises from basic to advanced.)

    If you want a motivating, fun class that develops your yoga practice then I would highly recommend Tina’s classes whether you are a beginner or a master because she is such as exceptional tutor. A range of exercises are offered at every class so all individual needs and capabilities are catered for. Tina is so genuine, positive and encouraging that you will want to exercise!
