Tina Hallis


I’ve trained and been certified as a yoga instructor since 1992 with my initial training taking place in India.

In 2004 I trained as a Pilates instructor in New Zealand and then upskilled in Australia and America. Since then I have taught classes in both Yoga and Pilates for beginner through to advanced levels and am constantly upgrading my skills in both disciplines.

My love and passion is helping others to reap the benefits from both Yoga and Pilates and I always tell my students that “Learning is an on growing process”. My classes are: competition free, judgement free, no age barriers and cater well to both male and female.  Everyone works at their own level of fitness and are encouraged to have fun and be mindful of body & mind working together as one.
