Jewellery: Hollow Form (W)

This fascinating process will allow you to create stunning hollow-form pieces of jewellery. First mould your shape to make a pendant or earrings and then you will create the silver outer skin. When the piece is fired, the cork clay burns away, leaving the same shape (your beautiful piece of jewellery) in hollow silver. No previous experience needed. The materials cost of $80 is included in the fee.

Jewellery: The Earring Project (W)

Precious Silver Clay is non-toxic and a user-friendly substance that, once dried and fired, turns into pure silver. In this workshop enjoy making a beautiful (matching or not) pair of earrings unique to you, dangling or simple the choice is yours! A selection of stones will be available to add a distinct look to your jewellery if you choose. No previous experience needed. The materials cost of $80 is included in the fee.

CLAY: Master the Wheel

Four wheels, four participants – and this exclusive opportunity! If you’re a keen amateur, an improver or a complete beginner then join us. Learning to throw pots is immensely satisfying. In this course learn clay preparation, wedging techniques, attaching bats to the wheel, centering clay, throwing basic cylinders and then move on to different forms including plates, bowls, jugs and more.

Stained Glass/Leadlighting

Food in a bowl; it’s right on trend and that’s because food just tastes better in a bowl! Come and make six, one of a kind bowls to pop your overnight oats, poached pears or sassy summer salads in.
